KPK Ingatkan 3 Wamen Baru Serahkan LHKPN

Jakarta: The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) reminded Deputy Minister of Finance Thomas Djiwandono, Deputy Minister of Investment Yuliot, and Deputy Minister of Trade Sudaryono to submit reports on the wealth of state administrators ( LHKPN) after taking up their new positions. The Anti-Corruption Agency will also write to them to complete this obligation. "In the near future, the KPK will send a letter of appeal to report the LHKPN to the relevant parties," said KPK spokesperson Tessa Mahardhika Sugiarto in a written statement, Friday, July 19, 2024. The KPK hopes that the three new officials will not forget their obligations. The submission of the LHKPN must be no later than three months after officially taking office. "According to KPK Regulation No. 02/2020, every state administrator who is taking office for the first time is required to submit the LHKPN no later than 3 months after being inaugurated," said Tessa.   Previously, Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) officially inaugurated three deputy ministers of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet for the remaining term of office for the 2019-2024 period at the State Palace, Central Jakarta, Thursday, July 18, 2024. Those inaugurated were Thomas Djiwandono, as Deputy Minister of Finance. Now Finance Minister Sri Mulyani has another deputy minister besides Suahasil Nazara. Then Yuliot who fills the new position of Deputy Minister of Investment. And Sudaryono as Deputy Minister of Agriculture replacing Harvick Hasnul Qolbi.
