Drake dan The Chainsmokers Menang Besar di Ajang iHeartRadio Music Awards

medcom.id, Jakarta: Drake menang besar di ajang iHeartRadio Music Awards. Penyanyi rap asal Toronto ini berhasil memboyong 7 piala, meski dia tak hadir dalam acara tersebut.

Mantan kekasih Rihanna itu salah satunya menang di kategori Hip Hop Artist of The Year selama dua tahun berturut-turut, mengalahkan musisi seperti Desiigner, DJ Khaled, Future, dan J. Cole.

Albumnya, Views, juga berhasil diganjar Hip Hop Album of The Year setelah sebelumnya juga berhasil menang di ajang Grammy Awards ke-59.

The Chainsmokers menjadi pemenang lainnya yang memperoleh penghargaan tak jauh dari jumlah yang diterima Drake. Lima buah penghargaan yang diraih duo DJ ini antara lain New Artist of The Year, Best New Artist Pop, dan Dance Song of The Year untuk lagu Closer.
