Lewat lagu ini, Henry ingin meyakinkan seseorang yang sedang mengalami kecemasan atau masa sulit bahwa mereka tidak sendirian, dan mendorong mereka untuk menghubungi orang yang dipercaya ketika membutuhkan dukungan.
 
Henry sendiri pernah menjelaskan bahwa ia menulis lagu ini berdasarkan perjalanan kesehatan mentalnya dan sengaja membuatnya bukan sebagai lagu sedih, melainkan lagu yang memotivasi dan membantu orang melewati masa sulit.
