US President Trump, First Lady Test Positive for Covid-19

Jakarta: United States (US) President Donald Trump announced on Friday that he and US First Lady Meliana Trump tested positive for covid-19.
 
"Tonight, @FLOTUS and I tested positive for COVID-19. We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately. We will get through this TOGETHER!" Trump wrote on his official twitter page on Friday.
 
Previously, Trump confirmed that one of his advisors, Hope Hicks, contracted the virus. 

"Hope Hicks, who has been working so hard without even taking a small break, has just tested positive for Covid 19. Terrible! The First Lady and I are waiting for our test results. In the meantime, we will begin our quarantine process!" Trump tweeted on Thursday local time.
 
According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as of Thursday, the US has registered 7,213,419 confirmed covid-19 cases and 206,402 confirmed covid-19 deaths.
 
In last seven days, six US states registered more than ten thousand confirmed covid-19 cases, namely Texas, California, Wisconsin, Florida, Illinois, and North Carolina.
