medcom.id, Jakarta: Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif stated Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Extraordinary Summit in Jakarta is big opportunity to support Palestine.
"We cooperate with other countries in this summit, especially Indonesia, to find solution for the issue of Palestine and Al-Quds Al-Sharif," said Zarif during interview with Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta, Sunday (3/6/2016)
Zarif added Iran appreciated that Indonesia hosts the summit. He wishes for best outcomes for Palestine and Al-Quds Al-Sharif.
"I hope it could be the new beginning for Palestine. I also wish Arab and non-Arab countries unite to help Palestine," hhe continued.
OIC extraordinary summit is held in Jakarta on March 6-7, 2016. The summit preceded by senior officials' meeting and ministerial meeting.
The summit will produce two outcomes namely resolution on Palestine and Jakarta Declaration.
