No Information Yet on Indonesian Victims in Paris: FM

medcom.id, Antalaya: The Foreign Ministry have investigated the possibilities of Indonesian citizens (WNI) becoming the victim of a terrorist attack in France. Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi mentioned there were no reports yet of Indonesian citizens becoming a victim of the incident.
 
"The Indonesian Embassy in France conducted research of possible Indonesian victims, so far there were no information of victims from the embassy," mentioned Retno in a press conference at the International Comport (IC) Santai Hotel in Antalya, Turkey, Saturday evening (11/14/2015).
 
A moment after the incident, the Foreign Ministry directly coordinated with various parties, including the Indonesian Citizen Protection (PWNI) which directly opened communication line.

"There are five hotlines, among others the hotline in Paris and in the Foreign Ministry. All five are functioning well," mentioned Retno.
 
She conveyed that Indonesia is to deliver the efforts of eradicating terrorism in the High Level Meeting of G20, as so far there are no nations safe from terrorist attacks.
 
"President Jokowi emphasizes on the importance of international cooperation in terrorism eradication, as the measure to be taken is cooperation," concluded Retno.
