Gov't Proposes 23 Ambassadorial Candidates

Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: The government has proposed 23 ambassadorial candidates to the House of Representaives.
 
The House leadership will conduct a meeting in the near future. They will schedule the fit and proper tests for the ambassadorial candidates.
 
"We will conduct a meeting," said House Deputy Speaker Fahri Hamzah in Jakarta on Monday (11/22).

He confirmed that the government proposed Golkar lawmaker Tantowi Yahya as Indonesian Ambassador in Wellington. 
 
"He should resign from the parliament," he stated.
 
Here are the 23 ambassadorial cadidates:
 
1. Tokyo - Arifin Tasrif
 
2. Athena - Ferry Adamhar
 
3. Bogota - Priyo Iswanto
 
4. Canberra - Kristiarto Legowo
 
5. Dili - Sahat Sitorus
 
6. Geneva - Hasan Kleib
 
7. Kabul - Mayjen Dr. Ir. Arief Rachman
 
8. Colombo - Ngurah Ardiyasa
 
9. Kiev - Prof Dr Yuddy Chrisnandi
 
10. Manama - Nur Syahrir Rahardjo
 
11. Rome - Esti Andayani
 
12. Seoul - Umar Hadi
 
13. Vienna - Darmansjah Djumala
 
14. New Delhi - Arto Suryo-di-puro
 
15. Dhaka - Rina Soemarno
