Tanah Abang Market Ready to Receive Duterte

medcom.id, Jakarta: President Joko Widodo and Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte will conduct a blusukan (impromptu visit) at Tanah Abang market this afternoon.
 
Tanah Abang market is the largest textile market in Southeast Asia. It is located in West Jakarta near the Presidential Palace.
 
The market usually is very crowded. However, the place is cleaner than the usual today.

"It is clean and comfortable today," one visitor said here on Friday (9/9/2016).
 
Jokowi will be accompanied by several ministers and Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama. From the market, both leaders will continue their meeting at the Presidential Palace.
