Indonesia and Kuwait Ready to Sign Visa Waiver Agreement

medcom.id, New York: Indonesian Minister of Foreign Affairs Retno Marsudi continued the bilateral meeting on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, USA.
 
One of the agenda conducted by Minister Retno is a bilateral meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister of Kuwait, Sabah Al Khalid Al Sabah. The New York meeting discussed several issues.
 
Al Sabah, who was also the Foreign Minister of Kuwait, welcomed the strategic partnership agreement with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

"Indonesia and Kuwait are also ready to sign the visa waiver agreement for diplomatic and services travel," mentioned the spokesperson of Indonesian Foreign Ministry Arrmanatha Nasir in a press release received by Metrotvnews.com, Friday (9/25/2015).
 
Aside meeting with Kuwait, Minister Retno also met with the developing countries group, G77.
 
At the 39th Annual Meeting of G77, the cooperation between the group and China was also mentioned.
 
"G77 and China should be the main supporters of the trustable and legitimate global governance system," mentioned the former Indonesian Ambassador to Netherlands.
 
Aside from that, the minister also urged G77 to use their power in representing the developing countries interests as the supporter of economic and social relationships in the southern hemisphere.
