medcom.id, Jakarta: Qatar's Embassy in Indonesia has confirmed Qatar's Emir Sheik Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani will travel to Indonesia on October 17-18.
"Qatar's emir will visit Indonesia on October 17-18," an embassy official told Metrotvnews.com on Thursday, October 13, 2017.
Sheik Tamim will hold a bilateral meeting with Indonesian President Joko "Jokowi" widodo. He will discuss a number od issues with his Indonesian counterpart.
Sheik Tamim also will visit Malaysia during the Southeast Asian tour. He reportedly will visit Malaysia on October 15-16.
Qatar and Indonesia are committed to improve economic relations between the two countries. The Gulf country is interest to develop tourism industry in West Nusa Tenggara province.
