medcom.id, Jakarta: The Yogyakarta provincial administration will prohibit online taxi service in the region.
"We will ban all online taxi companies," Yogyakarta Transportation Agency head Gatot Saptadi said here on Friday.
"Go-Jek, Go-Car, Grab, Uber and others," he continued.
The provincial administration will issue the regulation soon. The provincial administration will monitor the implementation closely.
"We will coordinate with law enforcement officials," he stated.
