medcom.id, Jakarta: The winner of Seedstars Jakarta, prosehat, will represent Indonesia in Seedstars Summit in Switzerland on March 3.
Seedstars Summit is world startup competition with 52 startups fromm various countries.
ProSehat is an online marketplace to search and purchase medication by e-prescription. Currently, the application is only available for Android, even though ProSehat team plans to also release the iOS.
Prosehat application is equipped with photo feature so user can send picture of the prescription to the pharmacist.
The order will be delivered drugs store affiliated with Prosehat while the payment can be conducted through bank transfer or cash-on-delivery.
"We would like more startups such as ProSehat representing youth who are problem solver," mentioned Yansen Kaito, CEO of Kibar, one of the jury of Seedstars Jakarta.
Seedstars competition is followed by more than 3,000 startups coming from Eastern and Central Europa, Africa, Middle East, Asia and Latin America. The world champion of the competition will receive up to USD500,000 (Rp6.7 billion) in equity investment.
