"We apologize for what we have done in the qualification of SEA Shanghai Major, Rise vs Elunes. We apologize for not stopping the game when Elunes were disconnected from the Internet," said pedpaowarrior Reddit user, who admitted as the captain of Rise.Cat team.
"We also apologize to Elunes." Pedwaowarrior added.
The incident started when Elunes team experienced technical problems that forced them to quit the game. Rise.Cat team took that chance to cheat and attacked their opponents. After the incident, the Rise.Cat team were disqualified from the game.
