We have tracked this app, and recently found the official site. If seen from the description on its official site, I-Doser is an app which emits special sound wave.
The wave may cause the user to feel hallucinations as if they were consuming drugs. I-Doser offers various types of wave "dosage", starting from marijuana-like dosage, DMT, and other types of drugs.
Several YouTubers had made a video of their experience in using I-Doser, as each have said the effect is very much alike using drugs. Even in the official site, the users have said the same thing with the YouTubers.
