Gov't to Collect Taxes from Google This Year

medcom.id, Jakarta: The Finance Ministry's tax director general Ken Dwijugiasteadi said the government will collect taxes from Google this year.
 
"Google must pay taxes this year," said Ken at his office in Jakarta on  Monday (11/7).
 
The governement currently is auditing the giant tech company. They then will discuss the amount of the tax bill.

"We will have closing or agreement between the two sides," he continued.
 
Previously, the government accused Google refused to pay taxes in the past five years.
