medcom.id, Jakarta: Broadcast Box announced by YouTube recently is not just a place for creators to take benefit of a mini studio in making contents.
The main purpose of YouTube in making Broadcast Box is to push local creators to produce their own content. Therefore, YouTube has cooperated with Layaria, a Multi Channel Network considered to be an expert of YouTube content making, to take the role as a mentor in the future creators.
In the introduction of Broadcast Box, YouTube invited Dennis Adishwara, the founder of Layaria. When asked in how to produce a video to become vital, Dennis answered, "It's the hands of God,"
He then explained that one of the ways to develop a YouTube channel is to upload videos constantly. It is aligned with what Veronica Utami, the Head of Marketing of Google Indonesia said, when she explained how to produce a good YouTube content.
"The problem is that most fresh YouTubers are impatient," Dennis mentioned. "They have only made one or two videos, and they want it to be viral," he said. One other idea considered in becoming the biggest mistake of the beginners are their fear of failing. "We actually experienced lots of failures, even though we didn't tell out of shame," he confessed jokingly. "But we learn a lot from the various mistakes" he stated.
One of the things you may try to make your video viral, as explained by Dennis, is by conducting research. "Find out the possible trending keyword, for the next week, what kind of news which become hot topic," said Dennis as he explained. He said that in the digital video industry, demands and offerings law still applies.
"Aside from being consistent in producing, you have to also be able to read the content sought be the public, so, you will be able to produce appropriate content," said Dennis. He gave an example that one of the rising demands are children animation. "There are lots of parents complaining that they are having a hard time to find the perfect content for their children," he said.
