Jakarta : President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) is scheduled to inaugurate Governor-elect and Vice Governor-elect of Central Sulawesi, Rusdy Mastura and Ma'mun Amir on Wednesday afternoon.
The inauguration will be held on the Presidential Palace Complex in Central Jakarta.
“This afternoon, at 15.00 Rusdy Mastura and Ma'mun Amir will be inaugurated,” said the Head of Presidential Secretariat Heru Budi Hartono here on Wednesday morning.
Heru explained that the inauguration ceremony will be limited and health protocols will be implemented.
He added that all attending guests are required to do a covid-19 test.
According to the poll count by the General Elections Commission (KPU), the pair received a total of 909,428 votes, around 60 percent of the total votes. (Translator: Natasha Celia)
