Sukabumi: A magnitude 5.0 earthquake shook Sukabumi Regency, West Java Province at 17.18 Western Indonesia Time (WIB) on Tuesday, March 10, 2020.
According to the official webpage of the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG), the earthquake did not trigger tsunami warnings.
With a depth of 10 kilometers, the epicenter of the quake was located 13 kilometers northeast of Sukabumi Regency.
"Watch out for possible aftershocks," the webpage stated.
