Bandung: Covid-19 vaccine stocks in Bandung City, West Java Province are enough for the next two weeks, according to Bandung City Health Office.
"The availability of the vaccine is safe"said the Head of Bandung City Health Office, Ahyani Raksanagara, Sunday, September 19 th 2021.
Ahyani assured that Bandung Government will work hard so that covid-19 vaccination for teenagers could be accelerated.
The local official said the Bandung city government thanks teenagers who are willing to be vaccinated.
"We are optimistic that by the end of the year, vaccination in Bandung City would reach 100 percent," the local official stated.
Meanwhile the confirmed active cases in Bandung City reached 488 on Thursday, September 16, 2021. The number was reported by the Bandung City Covid-19 Data Centre.
On other good news, there were no death cases in the past few days. The covid-19 related death toll in Bandung City is still 1,418. (Translator: Natasha Celia)
