15 Countries to Participate in Investors Day 2019

Jakarta: The Indonesian Invention and Innovation Promotion Association (Innopa) will hold the Indonesia Inventors Day 2019 at the Beautiful Indonesia Miniature Park (TMII) in East Jakarta on October 9-12, 2019.
 
The event will consist of two main programs namely The 6th International Young Inventors Award (IYIA) and he 2nd World Invention Technology Expo (WINTEX).
 
Innopa International Partnership Director, Megaria Agustina said, this event is a form of appreciation for innovators in the fields of Technology, Science, Agriculture, Education, and others.
 
Previously, IYIA and WINTEX 2018 were successfully held in Bali by presenting more than 3,000 innovators.
 
"This year the 2019 IYIA and WINTEX events will be participated by 15 countries, including Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, China, Korea, Japan, Egypt, India, Sri Lanka, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Croatia, Canada, and the US with 250 innovations from Indonesia and international community," Megaria said in a press statement released on Monday, October 7, 2019.
 
According to Megaria, Innopa as an innovation promotion association in Indonesia fully supports Innovators to be able to introduce their findings to the world. This event is opened to the public from 9 and 10 October 2019 at the Sasana Kriya Grand Ballroom.
 
"In addition to the Innovation exhibition and competition event, participants and visitors can attend the Innovation Talk which will present Indonesian startup CEOs and cultural performances both nationally and internationally," she said.
 
The IYIA and WINTEX 2019 events are supported by various government institutions and world organizations, including the Ministry of Technology and Higher Education Research (Kemenristekdikti), the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud), the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham), Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Technology Assessment and Application Agency, National Nuclear Energy Agency (Batan), World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Swiss Contact, International Federation of Inventors Association, World Invention Intellectual Property Association, and Taman Mini Indonesia Indah.
