Jakarta: The Coordinator of the Covid-19 Emergency Hospital at the Kemayoran Athletes Village Major General TNI Tugas Ratomo has said that the health facility still has enough vacant beds for covid-19 patients.
"We can still accommodate more patients and prepare more beds," the official said here on Thursday.
According to him, Tower 6 and Tower 7 currently accommodate patients with mild to moderate symptoms, while Tower 4 and Tower 5 are used to accommodate asymptomatic patients.
"Tower 6 can accomodate 1,036 patients. It currently accommodates 922 patients or 89 percent of capacity," Tugas explained.
"Tower 7 currently accommodates 798 patients or 50.5 percent of capacity. It can accommodate a total of 1,578 patients," he added.
As of today, tower 5 has been opened to house asymptomatic patients, while Tower 4 is still under renovation.
"Tower 5 currently accommodate 610 asymptomatic patients or 38.8 percent of capacity," he stated.
