No Place is Safe from Covid-19: Task Force

Jakarta: The National Covid-19 Handling Task Force Head Doni Monardo has said that all regions are affected by the ongoing coronavirus disease 2019 (covid-19) pandemic.
 
"No place is safe from covid-19," said the the National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) Head here on Tuesday.
 
To tackle the spread of covid-19, Indonesian people have been urged to implement health protocols, such as wearing masks, washing hands, and maintaining distance.

"Crowded areas could become covid-19 clusters. The risk is very high. It could be dangerous," the Army general stated.
 
On Monday, the National Covid-19 Handling Task Force confirmed 3,267 new covid-19 cases, bringing the total number of confirmed covid-19 cases in Indonesia to 336,716.
 
Based on data from the Indonesian Health Ministry, from Sunday noon to Monday noon, the total number of recovered covid-10 patients across Indonesia was up by 3,492 to 258,519.
 
Meanwhile, in the same period, the total number of confirmed covid-19 deaths in the country rose by 91 to 11,935.
