Jakarta: Seven former National Police Chiefs visited the National Police Headquarters in South Jakarta on Thursday morning, 27 October 2022.
They held a meeting with National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.
The former National Police chiefs delivered a joint statement after meeting the National Police Chief.
One of the former National Police Chiefs, Police General (Ret.) Dai Bachtiar said he and another former National Police Chiefs felt the need to visit the National Police Headquarters after the law enforcement agency was hit by a number of scandals.
"We are very concerned about the situation," Bachtiar said.
"Indeed, a meeting between retired Polri officers and active ones is actually not unusual," added Bachtiar.
These are seven former National Police Chiefs who met with the National Police Chief Listyo Sigit Prabowo:
