Jakarta: The Jakarta Health Agency announced the total number of confirmed covid-19 cases in Indonesia's capital increased by 1,122 to 65,318 today.
"The total number of active cases is 13,221," the Jakarta Health Agency's Disease Control and Prevention Dwi Oktavia said here on Tuesday.
As of today, the total number of confirmed covid-19 recoveries in Jakarta Special Capital Region is 50,473. The covid-19 recovery rate in Jakarta is 77.3 percent.
Meanwhile, the total number of confirmed covid-19 deaths in the province is 1,624. The case fatality rate in the region is 3.9 percent.
"The testing rate is 79,569 people per one million people," she stated.
The Jakarta provincial government started to reimpose Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) last week. The move aims to lower covid-19 hospitality rate in Jakarta.
