Jakarta: President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo visited the State Electricity Company (PLN) headquarters this morning after a major blackout hit Greater Jakarta and West Java on Sunday.
"A big company like PLN must understand risk management. The management must have a back-up plan," President Jokowi told PLN officials during the visit.
"It affected public transportation, including MRT. So I want to hear your explanation," President Jokowi added.
