Jakarta: The National Covid-19 Handling Task Force on Monday confirmed 3,222 new covid-19 cases, bringing the total number of confirmed covid-19 cases in Indonesia to 392.934.
Based on data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health, from Saturday noon to Sunday noon, the total number of recovered covid-19 patients across Indonesia was up by 3,908 to 317,672, while the country's official covid-19 death toll rose by 94 to 13,299.
Therefore, the number of active covid-19 cases in the country currently is 61,851.
Meanwhile, the number of covid-19 patients in Athletes Village Emergency Hospital, Kemayoran, Jakarta continues to decrease.
On Monday, the number of covid-19 patients with mild to moderate symptoms at towers 6 and 7 decreased by 51 to 1,307, while the number of asymptomatic covid-19 patients at towers 4 and 5 was down by 34 to 1,036.
Operated by the central government, towers 6 and 7 are used to provide inpatient care for covid-19 patients with mild to moderate cases, while towers 4 and 5 are used to house covid-19 patients with no symptoms.
