Pasar Rumput Low-Cost Apartment Expected to Simplify Economic Activities

Jakarta: President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) officieally announced that Pasar Rumput apartment complex that has been built since 2016 is ready to be operated.
 
“Alhamdulillah Pasar Rumput Apartment is completed with market kiosks, public facilities, and also parking areas," Jokowi said in Pasar Rumput Apartment, Setiabudi, South Jakarta, Jakarta Province on Monday.
 
"It has been under construction since 2016 and today it is finished,” Jokowi said.
Jokowi said that the Pasar Rumput Apartment, built above a market, would simplify the economic activities of the tenants. 
 
“Pasar Rumput Apartment is also special because it’s supported by transportation access that is integrated with busway," he explained.
 
The Head of State hoped that Pasar Rumput Apartment would help people have comfortable and affordable places to live. (Translator: Natasha Celia)
