Holly has lived in Wuhan for two years. The 13 students are in Wuhan through an educational scholarship from the Papuan Children's Empowerment Program.
The Indonesian Embassy (KBRI) has donated funds so that the students can meet their daily needs. However, food stocks are running low.
"Hopefully the government will take immediate action and the regional government must find a solution to (overcome) this problem because our child is in Wuhan," he said.
