Tedjo deliberated that the agency will be aligned with other agencies under the President. "Well, like other agencies such as the Maritime Security Agency, National Counter-Terrorism Agency and others. The coordinating line is directly under the President," he stated.
Tedjo also gave an example that the Cyber Agency is to be in charge of handling special matters in information security sector. "As when it attacks banks, for example, this may clean up somebody's account. If aviation is disrupted, it will disrupt out navigational system," he deliberated.
Tedjo also affirmed that President Jokowi fully supports the establishment of National Cyber Agency. "While he was in Blitar, Mr. Jokowi had asked about the Presidential Decree for the National Cyber Agency. So, he placed his attention on these cyber threats," closed Tedjo.
