medcom.id, Jakarta: Russian Ambassador to Indonesia, Mikhail Galuzin said he was amazed by the air show in the 70th anniversary of the Indonesian Military in Cilegon, West Java, on October 5.

"I went to Cilegon to attend the Indonesian Military's anniversary. I was very impressed with the parade and demonstration carried on by the Indonesian military personnel," said Ambassador Galuzin in his residence in Kuningan, South Jakarta, Tuesday (10/6/2015).

Ambassador Galuzin also mentioned his admiration towards a series of technical abilities conducted by Indonesia's military personnel. He assessed that the technic applied at the time was very difficult and has an international level.

"They are so great, the show was filled with hard technical stunts and is in the international level. I have seen and enjoyed lots of shows, including the techniques used by the Sukhoi pilots," said Ambassador Galuzin.

What had made Galuzin more enthusiastic is the involvement of several Russian made equipments, which fills the demonstration by the military. The presence of Sukhoi Su-27 and Su-30, along with the amphibious personnel carrier BMP-3F, had made Mikhail proud.

"I am very proud to see the performance of the equipments controlled by Indonesian skilled pilots," he said.

The ambassador hoped that through the military demonstration, Indonesia and Russia's relationship will be stronger. (Nabila Gita)
