medcom.id, Jakarta: Golkar Party lawmaker Agun Gunandjar Sudarsa has been appointed as the chairman of the inquiry right special committee against the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
"I am surprised with the appointment," Agun said at the Parliament Building Complex in Senayan, South Jakarta on Wednesday, June 7, 2017.
Agun is assisted by PDIP lawmaker Risa Mariska, Hanura Party lawmaker Dossy Iskandar and Nasdem Party lawmaker Taufiqulhadi
"I am very optimistic with the process," Agun said.
The special committee is supported by seven political parties: Golkar Party, PDIP, Gerindra Party, PPP, Hanura Party, PAN and Nasdem Party.
