medcom.id, Jakarta: Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung confirmed plan to conduct cabinet reshuffle. However, Pramono cannot reveal when it will be announced.
"President has had discussion with his aides but the details such as the time and the figures are only known by president himself," said Pramono at Presidential Palace Complex, Jakarta, Monday (4/4/2016).
Pramono admitted President Joko Widodo also has had meetings with political parties. Nevertheless, he underlined the cabinet reshuffle is president's prerogative right. It is not conducted due to pressure from parties.
"President wanted to listen various thoughts and views," he stated.
Regarding rumor about cabinet reshuffle in media, Pramono mentioned that President Joko Widodo has heard about that.
"President always monitors public opinion," he concluded.
