medcom.id, Jakarta: Gerindra Party deputy chairman Arif Poyuono said Gerindra Party chairman Prabowo Subionto will compete in the 2019 presidential election.
"President Joko Widodo cannot bring changes," he said in Jakarta on Monday.
"The president cannot help the people. The president cannot improve the economy," he continued.
Gerindra party will hold internal consolidation. The party then will stage official declaration.
"Around mid-2017," he stated.
Prabowo lost in the 2014 presidential election. He only received 46.85 percent votes.
