medcom.id, Jakarta: PT Freeport Indonesia CEO Maroef Sjamsoeddin came to Attorney General Office (AGO) Friday (12/4/2015) early morning. He came to be questioned regarding House Speaker Setya Novanto's case.
"I continue the examination held yesterday morning (12/3/2015)," said Maroef in AGO headquarter.
The questioning was held around two and a half hours. Maroef came 00.34 and came home around 02.58 Jakarta time.
Maroef said he was asked 24 questions by AGO investigator regarding record of conversation between him, House Speaker Setya Novanto and businessman, Muhammad Riza Chalid. Marooef has submitted the record to AGO yesterday.
AGO's Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes Arminsyah said the questioning was held midnight based on request from Maroef himself. Arminsyah confirmed AGO asked 24 question to the PT Freeport Indonesia leader.
"We will call him again next week," he said.
Maroef has been summoned three times by AGO in Wednesday, Thursday and this morning. AGO still confiscates Maroef's mobile phone where he put the original record of the conversation for investigation.
"If House Ethics Tribunal wants the mobile phone, ask to Mr. Maroef," he said.
