medcom.id, Jakarta: Central Executive Committee of United Development Party (PPP) led by Djan Faridz as elected at the national congress in Jakarta just finished national working meeting. The meeting produced several points including decision to support the government.
They declared their commitment to support the government's programs and President Joko Widodo's (Jokowi) visions.
"Especially on law enforcement reforms and territorial defense," said the committee's spokesperson Aswan Jaya, Jakarta, Wednesday (3/30/2016).
Aswan mentioned that President Jokowi has proved his administration support Muslim group's interests.
"We support President Jokowi who has improved diplomatic relations with Palestine. Therefore, the meeting fully support President Jokowi's programs and policies as the leader of the nation," continued Aswan.
Aswan also highlighted support on corruption eradication movement. "PPP is ready to cooperate with Corruption Eradication Commission," he added.
Moreover, Aswan stated they are committed to maintain political stability in the country. "PPP is ready to support the government in maintaining political stability. We call our colleagues to reunite," he concluded.
