medcom.id, Jakarta: Indonesian President Joko Widdodo (Jokowi) will announce Indonesian Air Force commander candidate soon.
"I have pocketed several names" Jokowi told reporters at the Indonesian military headquarters in East Jakarta on Monday, January 16, 2016.
Current Indonesian Air Force commander Air Chief Marshal Agus Supriatna will retire this month.
"I will announce later," Jokowi continued.
Previously, Indonesian military commander General Gatot Nurmantyo proposed Air Marshal Bagus Puruhito, Air Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto and Air Marshal Hadiyan Sumintaatmadja.
