medcom.id, Jakarta: Regional-owned tourism company PT Jakarta Tourisindo has prepared a blueprint to develeop an Islamic hotel.
The Islamic hotel will be established at the Jakarta Islamic Center complex in North Jakarta. It will be equipped with separate facilities for both genders.
"Our company will prepare all assets. We will execute the plans," PT Jakarta Tourisindo president director Jeffrey Rantung at the City Hall on Wednesday afternoon.
"Our company will use an existing building. We will redesign the old building," he added.
The company will study the halal tourism development in other regions. They will imitate the halal tourism concept in Lombok and Japan.
