medcom.id, Jakarta: Muslim groups will concentrate the February 11 rally at the Istiqlal Mosque.
They will not conduct a long march. They will only conduct a mass prayer.
"The police will guard the rally," National Police spokesman Brigadier General Rikwanto said in Jakarta on Thursday.
"The police will maintain the security," he continued.
Muslim groups staged similar rallies on November 4 and December 2. They protested against Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama.
The Jakarta gubernatorial election will be held on February 15. It will be competed by the incumbent, Anies Baswedan and Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono.
