medcom.id, Jakarta: Director of PT Jasa Marga (Ltd) Tbk, Adityawarman stated the the traffic congestion on the Jabodetabek Inner Highway Toll had made the freeway looked like the longest parking lot.

"Now, the toll has become the longest parking spot," he said in a hearing (RDP) with Commission VI of the House of Representatives (DPR) in Nusantara I Building, Parliamentary Complex, Senayan, South Jakarta, Thursday (5/28/2015).

He even thought that TB Simatupang Toll Road in South Jakarta is too congested, as it requires new toll network system to return the function of the tollroad as a freeway. "Now the vision ratio of Jabotabek Toll Roads is at 0.8 percent," he stated.

Therefore, he had asked for the House to take part in assisting the developments of Jabotabek toll network system, which is currently beyond the ideal measures of bearing the amount of vehicles. "We hope DPR may help with the toll network system developments which have now become too congested," he said.

Additionally, Adityawarman also hopes that the construction of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road W2 (JORR W2) may assist in reducing the volume of vehicles currently happening in Jabotabek. (Eps)
