medcom.id, Jakarta: The North Jakarta District Court resumed the trial of the blasphemy case of Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama on Tuesday, January 7, 2017.
The judges heard testimonies from four witnesses who filed police reports about the case.
The four witnesses are Novel Bamukmin, Muchsin, Gus Joy Setiawan and Syamsu Hilal.
"I must attend the trial. I do not have time for campaign," the incumbent governor said.
Previously, the North Jakarta District Court decided to move the trial to the Agriculture Ministry building in Ragunan area from the former Central Jakarta District Court building in Gajah Mada area.
