medcom.id, Jakarta: The Coordinating Minister of Maritime and Resources, Rizal Ramli, is to eradicate the mafia causing the complication on the ports' dwelling time. He will even invite the police and military to join forces in handling the problems.
"We will sweep the mafia there. We have informally spoken to the Police Chief, Navy Chief, Military Chief, we will break through this," said Minister Rizal when met at his residence in Jalan Bangka IX No. 49 R, Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta, Sunday (8/23/2015).
He added that the mafia involved in Tanjung Priok dwelling time will also be cleaned out. He even said he does not care about the people behind the mafia.
"We will sweep them, we don't care who is backing them up, or the game, we will sweep," he explained.
Even so, he affirmed that the ports' mafia eradication is not the primary goal, as the system improvements will be the main priority.
"We will also fix the system," he concluded.
