Jokowi Will Appoint Professional as Energy Minister: Kalla

medcom.id, Jakarta: Vice President Jusuf Kalla said President Joko Widodo will appoint a professional as definitive Energy and Mineral Resources Minister.
 
"We want to avoid conflict of interest," Kalla said at his office in Jakarta on Monday (10/3).
 
Kalla mentioned Jokowi will make the announcement soon. He urged the public to be patient. "Just wait," He stated.

Jokowi discharged Arcandra Tahar from the position last August due to citizenship issue. He then ordered Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs to hold the position temporarily.
