Jakarta PDIP chief P Bambang DH conducted a meeting with Jakarta PKB chief Hasbiallah Ilyas at the Jakarta PKB headquarters on Sunday (8/2).

"We agree to form a coalition. We don't only want to win. We want good partnership between Jakarta Governor and the Jakarta City council," said Bambang after the meeting.

"We have not yet decided (our gubernatorial candidate). We will see the aspirations of our constituents," he added.

Besides PKB, PDIP will also approach other parties including Great Indonesia Movement Party (Gerindra), Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) and National Mandate Party (PAN).

"We have started communication with other parties," Bambang concluded.
