Law Ministry Revokes Ruling that Legalizes Ancol Congress Golkar

medcom.id, Jakarta: Ministry of Law and Human Rights officially revoked ruling that legalizes Ancol Congress Golkar. Currently, Golkar was split between Ancol Congress Golkar led by Agung Laksono and Bali Congress Golkar led by Aburizal Bakrie.
 
"Confirmed, the ruling on Golkar administration led by Agung Laksono which based on congress in Jakarta (Ancol) has been revoked," said source in the ministry to Metrotvnews.com, Thursday (12/31/2015).
 
The ruling was after order from Supreme Court about Golkar's leadership dispute. "It was in accordance with order from Supreme Court," added the source.
 
The ministry has sent the decision to revoke the ruling to Golkar's headquarter in Slipi, West Jakarta. "This morning we immediately sent it," continued the source.
 
However the source refused to confirm aboit Golkar's leadership dispte. "We don't talk about legality. We only confirmed the ruling about Anco Congress Golkar has been revoked as ordered by Supreme Court," the source underlined.
 
The report also confirmed by Bali Congress Golkar Secretary General Idrus Marham. Idrus said the decision letter has been received by them this morning.
 
"We have received it this morning. It was delivered by ministry's staff. The letter was signed on December 30. It stated he revocation of ruling on Jakarta Congress Golkar as follow up to order from Supreme Court that upheld decision from State Administrative Court," explained Idrus when confirmed by metrotvnews.com
