medcom.id, Jakarta: The government executed four drug coonvicts in Nuasakambangan island, Cilacap, Central Java on Friday (7/29) at 00.45 AM.
The convicts were Freddy Budiman from Indonesia, Michael Titus Igweh from Nigeria, Humphrey Ejike from Nigeria and Seck Osmane from Senegal.
"Freddy was drug lord. Humprey and two others were suppliers," said Deputy Attorney General for General Crimes Noor Rachmad in a press conference in Cilacap after the executions.
The government initially planned to execute 14 convicts. Noor didn't explain why government postpones the executions of the other 10 convicts.
"For the next round, we still wait," he stated.
