medcom.id, Jakarta: The Indonesian Diaspora Network Global will hold the 4th Congress of Indonesian Diaspora (CID-4) in Jakarta on August 21-22.
A number of high ranking officals will join the congress. Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi will attend the event.
"We have received the confirmation. We have met with the foreign minister," CID-4 committee head Edward Wanandi said.
A wide range of issues will be discussed in the congress. The country's development will be addressed in the event.
"Disadvantaged regions should make progress. Indonesian diaspora will provide assistance," he added.
