medcom.id, Bogor: The Indonesian government will evaluate visa free entry for foreign nationals from 169 countries.
"We will evaluate the policy," said Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan at the Bogor Palace in Bogor on Wednesday, January 4, 2017.
"If we find the policy cannot improve tourism, we will stop the policy," he explained.
Previously, many lawmakers questioned the policy. They argued the policy could bolster illegal foreign workers,
"The Immigration Directorate General and other related agencies will evaluate the policy," he stated.
