medcom.id, Jakarta: President Joko Widodo has known that House of Representatives (DPR) Speaker Setya Novanto uses president's during conversation with PT Freeport Indonesia regarding contract extension. It has been informed by Minister of Energy and Resources Sudirman Said and Vice President Jusuf Kalla.
"President has received report from Minister of Energy and Resources and Vice President," said Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung to reporters in Jakarta, Tuesday (11/17/2015).
According Pramono, President fully support decision from Sudirman to report the case to House Ethical Tribunal (MKD). However, President doesn't want to get involve with the case because it is the authority of MKD.
"For the next process, President and Vice President respect process that has been done by minister. Government doesn't want to involve in MKD," said the PDIP politician.
Minister of Energy and Resources Sudirman Said reveal the case when he interviewed exclusively by Najwa Shihab in Metro TV Monday 16 November.
Report from Sudirman Said to MKD leaked in media. Sudirman did not deny when Najwa showed copy of the report that mentioned Setya Novanto as person that being reported.
