Supreme Court Denies Freddy Budiman's Case Review

medcom.id, Jakarta: The Supreme Court (MA) has decided to reject the case review filed by Indonesian drug kingpin, Freddy Budiman. The decision was made on Wednesday, July 20.
 
"Panel of judges rejected the case review filed by Freddy Budiman," MA spokesperson Ridwan Mansyur told reporters on Friday (7/22/2016).
 
Ridwan confirmed Attorney General's Office (AGO) now can include Freddy in the third round of executions this year.

"There is no more obstacle," he stated.
 
Separately, Attorney General M Prasetyo said his agency is ready to hold executions this year. Prasetyo in several occations mentioned that he wants to include Freddy in the executions.
