medcom.id, Jakarta: PT Jasa Marga keeps its promise to cut off the toll tariff of 25 to 35 percent during the holiday and post-holiday travel of Eid al-Fitr 2015. The discount started today, Tuesday Juli 7 to July 23, 2015.
An example is Jakarta's inner city toll road, where the first category of vehicles imposed Rp8,000 is discounted Rp6,000, while the second category from Rp10,000 to Rp7,500.
"According to the Presidential instruction, Eid Holiday special tariff is applied on H-10 to H+5, 35 percent discount," said the Apv Corporate Communication of PT Jasa Marga Persero, Wasta Gunadi, in Cawang, East Jakarta.
Waste explained the tariff reduction is to applied in all toll roads. However, various tariff reductions within Jakarta's Inner City toll roads. "For the inner city toll roads, the tariff reduction is around 25 percent," he explained.
The tariff reduction follows the Ministerial Circular Letter of the Public Works and Housing Minister No. KU.09.01-Mn/450. The reduction is hoped to increase the volume of traffic on the toll road managed by Jasa Marga, especially inner city toll and JORR during Eid Holidays. (Eps)
